INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Cook before consuming.
In casserole: 1. Boil 1L of water approx. 2. Add the product without defrosting. 3. When it boils again, cook for approximately 17 minutes.
In pressure cooker: 1. Add the product without defrosting and cover with approximately 1L of water. 2. When the valve turns, cook for approximately 5-6 minutes. 3. Remove from the heat, remove the valve and wait until all the steam comes out.
