Pea (Pisum sativum), not calibrated (Æ <10.5 mm), harvested with tenderometric grade between 115 and 125, blanched and individually deep-frozen CLAIMS: Source of Vitamin A, C, Folic Acid and Fiber Keep at temperature equal to or below – 18 ºC The possible fractionation of the product allows to give it several uses, keeping the one that is not spent in frozen state The defrosted product can remain in the refrigerator for 24 hours WAY OF USE: Pour the peas without defrosting in boiling water and season to taste and, once water returns to boil, simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and use as desired.
