Spinach (Spinacia oleracea) from fresh and healthy raw material, selected, cut, washed, blanched and deep-frozen.
Contains 4 blocks of individual spinach leaves.

In the freezer at -18 ºC or lower temperatures. The frozen product can be kept in the refrigerator (at temperatures <10 ºC) for 24 hours. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: In casserole: Cook without defrosting in boiling salted water for 8 minutes. In microwave: Heat at maximum power for 6 minutes. For 2 portions, put the spinach without defrosting in a microwave-safe container, add 2 tablespoons of water and cover. Stir halfway through cooking.
