INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

It is a very refreshing food. It is consumed, above all, raw and natural, well washed and without peel, in salads. Also accompanied with lemon or yogurt; in gazpacho and salmorejo; au gratin with a bechamel sauce or stuffed with meat or seafood; pickled in vinaigrette as an appetizer; in salads, with mayonnaise or pink sauce; with tomato sauce and cheese, baked au gratin or as an ingredient in pizzas.
