Instructions for use:
Boiled potatoes: put the potatoes in a casserole with or without skin and cover them with water; add salt to taste. They should remain on high heat for 20 to 25 minutes. After this time and after checking that they are not hard inside, drain, and the potatoes will be ready to accompany any dish.
Baked potatoes: cook for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 ºC.

Important: it is recommended to cook with the skin on and in case of peeling the potatoes, do it with a peeler to remove only the skin, otherwise the area with the highest nutritional value would be affected
