– Minerals: potassium and calcium content and, to a lesser extent, magnesium.

Its conservation in the vegetable drawer of the refrigerator, and wrapped in a perforated plastic bag, is the most appropriate way to keep it in perfect condition at home for 2-3 weeks.
If you want to freeze it has to be once cooked.

Slightly sweet in flavor, it is prepared and consumed in the same way as the other cabbages. It is usually eaten in salads or cooked and is a very good ingredient for various dishes.
Cooked with potatoes and an apple, it is a typical Christmas dish in Madrid.
In German and Swedish kitchens it is usually found cooked with applesauce and some vinegar with a mild flavor.
