The breasts are located in the front part of the chicken, it is a very versatile cut in the kitchen.

We recommend keeping the meat pieces in a clean, hermetically sealed container and placing them at the bottom of the refrigerator to avoid dripping on other foods.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

As it has a dry texture, the whole piece works very well stuffed, or with sauces.
If we prefer to fillet it, it is ideal grilled with a touch of salt and lemon, in strips for filling fajitas or empanadas and fried.
