Prepared chicken breast formed, floured, breaded and individually deep-frozen.

Keep at a temperature equal to or below – 18 ºC.
The possible fractionation of the product allows several uses, keeping the product that is not used up in frozen state.
The thawed product can remain in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Do not refreeze once thawed.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Add the units of Chicken in breadcrumbs directly frozen, preferably one at a time, to the frying pan or deep fryer with plenty of very hot oil (180 ºC) and fry until golden brown to taste (5 minutes). If you wish to reduce the fat content of the product, drain well and place them for a few moments on an absorbent paper towel.
