INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Cook before consumption.
In casserole: 1. Boil 1L of water approx. 2. Add the product without defrosting. 3. When it boils again, cook for 9-11 min and drain with a strainer.
In pressure cooker: 1. Add the product without defrosting to the pot and cover with 1L of water approx. 2. Once the valve starts to turn vigorously, cook for 1 minute. 3. Remove from the heat, let stand until all the steam comes out (2 minutes approx.) and drain with a strainer.
