Pour the meatballs without defrosting, and in small quantities, in abundant hot oil and brown them lightly (2 minutes). Drain them briefly and then use them to prepare traditional recipes (in Sauce, a la Jardinera, etc.).
The possible fractionation of the product allows several uses, keeping the one that is not used in frozen state.
The defrosted product can remain in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
