Tasting notes
Nose: Magnificent nose, clearly varietal, displays a harmonious set of fruity notes (green apple) and citrus notes (grapefruit) on a background of vegetal and aniseed aromas (fennel).
Palate: Balanced and fresh, with a characteristic acidity. The palate is long and unctuous with a pleasant contrast at the end of slight astringency.
View: Perfect pale yellow color, bright and clean, with golden reflections.

Food pairing
Serve with seafood, fish and light dishes.

We recommend storing in a cool, dark place where there are no sudden changes in temperature or where the temperature does not exceed 20ºC.
